How do I Purchase?????
Step 1: Select the product(s) that you wish to buy
and email your order according to the

Step 2: "Purchasing Order" email will be send back to you.
*Kindly note that if you choose register postage,
there will be an additional of SGD$3*
Step 3: After you have transfer your payment,
you will receive a "Confirmation Order" email.
Step 4: We will send out your orders within the next 2days if it's instock!!!!

Questions and Answers
Q1: How long will I get my products?
Ans: If we have the stock on hand, you will get it within 3-5 working days.
Otherwise, it will requires approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the stock availability after payment is received.
Q2: What size should I buy?
Ans: Detailed measurements are given for all clothes.
Please ensure the item size you purchased fits you
as we do not allow exchange or refund after selling the items.
Q3: What is your delivery rate?
Ans: Free normal postage but for register postage customers,
please add SGD$3 to each top you purchase.
Q4: What is the payment mode?
Ans: Bank transfer to POSB Bank
*If you wish to transfer to other bank like OCBC and UOB,
please contact us through email*
Q5: Can I make payment on the day of delivery?
Ans: As per our website policy and online shopping practices,
we apologise that we are not able to deliver your order
before or on the day of payment received.
Q6: What happened if the product that I had paid is not available?
Ans: You will have the following options:
(a) Wait for 2-3 weeks for the new stock arrival.
(b) Exchange for other item.
If the product that you exchange is of higher value,
you will be required to top up the differences.
(c) Request for a refund.
Q7: Can I request for exchange or refund after receiving my products?
Ans: Exchange is only allow if we deliver the wrong products to you.
For example, wrong sizes, colors or styles from what you have ordered.
Q8: What is your Return Policy?
Ans: Customers are only allow to return the products
with the following conditions:
i) The products to be returned within 5 working days.
ii) Products are returned in original packaging
and have not worn or washed before.
Q9: Does the actual products look exactly the same as the pictures in the website?
The colors or quality of the products shown on the site
may be slightly different from the actual products
due to the resolution of your computer and products
may not be 100% identical to the photos.
